Checklists must be completed by 01st of June 2012 at www.Travelife.org. Documents that arrive later than this date cannot be considered. weiter...

Each participant must undergo an audit with Travelife. Audits will be carried out around 01st of June until 15th of August. Points may be adjusted as a result of the audit.

Only hotels that are under contract with TUI for the relevant seasons can be given the award. Find out more about the criteria .

Since many brochure concepts do not provide for a label, we cannot guarantee the award in every case. The award will be given for the respective following summer and winter season.

Every Environmental Champion receives a plate e.g. for the hotel entrance.

All Environmental Champions give their consent to publish their score.

Environmental Champions must have no outstanding environment-related complaints / legal proceedings with authorities.

If serious environmental violations (e.g. illegal discharge of waste water, etc.) are known at the time of the description in the brochure or false statements have been deliberately made, we reserve the right to disallow the award and to exclude the participant from the competition for at least three years.

TUI reserves the right intentionally not to describe individual hotels as Environmental Champion. There is no right to legal recourse.
